Is your organization looking for a new development professional? Or are you a development professional looking for a new challenge or career path? AFP NEPA is committed to encouraging professional growth and career advancement and offers a free job board for members. Employers of current AFP members may post open development positions for free, while other employers may post open positions for eight weeks for a $50 fee. AFP members may post free job listings by entering their member number along with the posting information. Non-members may post using the non-member submission form and transmitting payment through PayPal in the form.

Open Positions:
Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement
-Lead the development and execution of innovative alumni engagement initiatives, including events, stewardship programs, and communication strategies. Collaborate with campus partners to enhance alumni connections and support fundraising efforts.
-Bachelor’s degree with experience in alumni relations, event management, or related fields. Strong communication and project management skills preferred.

Director of Advancement Operations and Reporting
-Develop and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system. Provide leadership in database management, reporting, and user training. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system functionality and support fundraising goals.
-Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in database management, preferably in a higher education setting. Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced reporting skills required.

Gift Officer
-Cultivate relationships with prospects, solicit major gifts, and support regional alumni groups and events. Utilize data analysis to drive fundraising strategies and stewardship efforts. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve fundraising goals and engage donors effectively.
-Bachelor’s degree with experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship management. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills required.

Senior Director of Development
-Lead and manage the development team operations, including major giving, planned giving, annual giving, and stewardship. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve campaign goals and cultivate donor relationships. Provide leadership and direction to the development team, setting performance goals and ensuring successful achievement.
-Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with extensive experience in fundraising and team management, preferably in higher education. Proven track record of fundraising success and strong leadership skills required.
