August Lunch and Learn for Nonprofit Leaders

Learn current personnel best practices from a workforce expert


Association of Fundraising Professionals Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter is excited to announce a lunch and learn session focused on recruiting, retention and salaries in the nonprofit space!




Join us at 11:30 a.m. at The Cafe, 1120 Highway 315, Plains, for a half-hour of networking. The program begins at noon with lunch and a presentation by Leonard Workforce Solutions Founder and President Bill Leonard. Afterwards, Bill will take your questions on the topic. Register now for the in-person or virtual option, and please invite the other leaders and/or board members in your organization. About Bill Leonard:

As President of Leonard Workforce Solutions, he has successfully recruited for leadership roles at Maternal and Family Health Services, Scranton JCC, Telespond Senior Services, Jewish Family Service of NEPA, Lackawanna Blind Association, Jewish Federation of NEPA, and Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance.


Bill is a board member of NEPA Networkers, a nonprofit that connects the talent of Northeastern PA through a forum of online and in-person networking events with the purpose of fostering business and career growth.


Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Millersville University and a master’s degree in human resource management from Colorado State University - Global Campus. He resides in Scranton with his daughter.
